We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@craftsmenlamp.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return request is approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving an approved return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. In cases where the return is due to our error or a product quality issue, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

If the return is due to our error or a product quality issue (wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund with no additional fees.

If the return is for personal reasons (changed mind, ordered the wrong item, etc.), the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.


Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
