How long does it take to process my order?

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

How long does shipping take?

Once your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is 28–35 business days. We ship from China to the United States via ocean freight with door-to-door delivery.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently ship to the United States only. We are unable to process orders with shipping addresses outside the United States at this time.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping on orders of $299 USD or above. Orders below $299 USD are charged a flat rate of $49 USD. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment is finalized.

Are there any additional taxes or duties I need to pay?

No. No additional taxes or duties will be charged. The price you see at checkout is the total amount you will pay — we handle all import-related costs on our end.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order directly on our Track Your Order page.

Please note that tracking information may take 3–5 business days to update after shipment. If you have not received tracking information within 7 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at info@craftsmenlamp.com.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?

Our error or quality issue: We cover return shipping and issue a full refund.

Personal reasons (e.g., changed mind): The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee applies.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

Are your lamps compatible with standard US voltage (110V–120V)?

Yes. All lamps sold in our store are designed for use in the United States and are compatible with standard US voltage (110V–120V, 60Hz). They come with a standard US plug (Type A/B) and require no adapter.

Do your lamps come with bulbs included?

Bulb inclusion varies by product. Please check the product description on each listing to confirm whether a bulb is included. If not specified, the lamp does not include a bulb, and the recommended bulb type will be listed in the product details.

What bulb type and size does my lamp require?

Required bulb type, base socket (e.g., E26, E12), and maximum wattage are listed on each product page. We recommend using LED bulbs for energy efficiency and longer life. Please do not exceed the maximum wattage specified to avoid damage or safety hazards.

Are your lamps easy to assemble or install?

Most of our table lamps, floor lamps, and desk lamps require minimal assembly and come with an instruction guide inside the package. Ceiling fixtures or pendant lights requiring hardwiring should be installed by a qualified electrician. Specific assembly requirements are noted on the product page.

Do your products have UL/ETL certification?

Safety certification information (UL, ETL, or equivalent) is listed on individual product pages where applicable. If you have specific compliance questions about a product, please reach out to us at info@craftsmenlamp.com before purchasing.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that. Please take photos of the damaged item and packaging upon arrival and email them to us at info@craftsmenlamp.com with your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
