Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Craftsmen Lamp. We are committed to delivering your order safely and transparently. Please read the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is successfully confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping notification email containing your tracking number and instructions.

⚠️ Note: Orders placed after business hours or on non-business days will begin processing on the next available business day.


Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the United States only. Orders with shipping addresses outside of the United States cannot be accepted or processed at this time.


Shipping Method & Estimated Delivery Time

All orders are shipped from China to the United States via international ocean freight, with full customs clearance and door-to-door delivery to your provided address.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and carrier schedules or other factors beyond ontrol. All orders undergo quality inspection before shipment to ensure they meet our standards. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

⚠️ Peak Season Notice: During major holidays (e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas, Chinese New Year), both processing and delivery times may be extended. We recommend placing your order early during these periods.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is finalized. All prices are in USD (US Dollar).


Taxes & Import Duties

For most orders, no additional import duties are charged. The total amount shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay — no hidden fees.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress on our Track Your Order page.

Please note that tracking information may take 3–5 business days after dispatch before it becomes active and visible in the tracking system.

If you have not received your tracking information within 7 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.


Incorrect Address & Delivery Failure

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of purchase. Craftsmen Lamp is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the package and the damaged item(s) immediately upon receipt.
  2. Contact us at info@craftsmenlamp.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

If your package appears to be lost in transit (no delivery update for an extended period), please contact us and we will investigate and assist you promptly.
