Seeing my eager nod, Buweiro smiled and continued, "Qin Shi Huang 秦始皇, you're familiar with him. Alien civilizations visited him back in the day. They were from a civilization called Wanqu, an extraterrestrial group that lived hidden underwater. In your ancient texts, it's referred to as the Kingdom of Wanqu 宛渠国. The Wanqu civilization was curious about Qin Shi Huang's temperament and intelligence, so they paid him a visit.

To avoid making Qin Shi Huang feel the urge to conquer them, the Wanqu civilization did not reveal their extraterrestrial origins. Instead, they visited him aboard their spaceship, presenting themselves as mysterious beings. When Qin Shi Huang saw their strange abilities and appearances, he mistook them for immortals. This is also why, in his later years, he firmly believed in immortality and the existence of Gods. This event was later recorded in the 'Records of the Forgotten' (Shiyi Ji 拾遗记)."

"'Shiyi Ji'? I've read that ancient supernatural novel before. I was about to mention it but couldn't remember the title. I didn't expect that Qin Shi Huang really met aliens! Their conversation must have been fascinating. The Wanqu civilization even shared a lot of knowledge with him. "Well, Let me tell you an interesting historical fact related to the laws of physics! Do you know the story of Wang Mang 王莽 and Liu Xiu 刘秀?" Buweiro smiled and asked.

"Of course, I know it very well, both from official history and from unofficial accounts. These two men really have many mysterious aspects. For example, some people say that Wang Mang was a time traveler from the future because the 'New Dynasty' he founded had many policies and ideas that resemble the modern-day policies of our country.

Liu Xiu is also quite fascinating. He was called the 'Son of the Plane'. When he conquered the world, he seemed to be assisted by God, and the process was surprisingly smooth. In modern popular terms, Liu Xiu succeeded by using 'cheating'.

I've speculated a lot about the two of them before, but I was never certain. However, my curiosity has always lingered. Since you've brought them up today, could you explain their story and how it relates to physical laws?" I asked with great curiosity.

"Let me first explain the levels of physical laws to you. You humans are currently at Level-3 in terms of your understanding of physics. It's a bit outdated, to be honest. You haven't yet figured out the transformation and synthesis of substances like atoms, particles, and quarks, but you're getting close.

Once you humans master nuclear fusion reactions and gain full control over anti-matter and anti-electrons, you will advance to Level-4 physical laws. At the 4^th level, you'll be able to decompose, transform, synthesize, and study any kind of material. You'll also be able to extract resources and energy from space at any time. You can think of it as 'zero-point energy'.

At the 4^th level of physical laws, you won't have to worry about resource or energy shortages. You can avoid all the problems caused by wars, insufficient consumption, or inconvenient living conditions."

Buweiro then explained some of the theoretical aspects of technology. Although I didn't fully understand, I still tried to grasp what little I could.

Seeing that I was able to understand somewhat, Buweiro continued: "At the 4^th level physics, by mastering the rules of space, one can extract various forms of energy from the zero-point state at any time and place. At Level-5 physics, one can study and master the rules of time. Once the rules of time are cracked, you can perform temporal and spatial calculations for the past and future based on space frequencies. Simply put, this means you can predict both the past and the future.

Physical laws include mathematics; they are inseparable, which is why the sages of your ancient culture could derive the past and future using mathematical principles. The 'I Ching' 周易and 'Zhou Yi' 易经are examples of divination cultures based on this.

At Level-6 physics, once you have mastered the frequency of time and space, you can begin to study the dimensions, multi-dimensional spaces, parallel worlds, and other aspects of reality that humans are curious about. Once thoroughly understood, you will be able to travel through different spaces for exploration.

At Level-7 physics, you can create your own universe.

Back in the late Western Han Dynasty, an alien species living in Uranus wanted to experiment with whether policies from the future could be implemented in the past, so they came to the Earth to seek the Alliance's approval. After providing the Alliance with some technological knowledge, the Alliance agreed. The experimental subject chose the Chinese culture that was not secretly controlled by alien civilization, that is, your country.

This alien species came to the Chinese region, using Level-5 physical laws to calculate space-time frequencies, all the way up to the current era. Then, some policies that can be implemented in the contemporary era were passed on to Wang Mang without anyone noticing through quantum thinking transmission technology.

Wang Mang then established his 'New Dynasty' 新朝, and under the control of the alien species, he implemented these policies and ideas from the future in the ancient world. As you know, the New Dynasty turned into chaos, proving that this experiment was a failure.

The progress of civilization must follow historical rules and develop step by step. You can't just force ideas and policies from one time and space onto humans from another time and space—it doesn't work.

After that, the alien species cleaned up the mess. To avoid affecting the natural development of humanity, the alien civilization secretly helped Liu Xiu take back the throne. That's why his restoration process went so smoothly, as though he was aided by divine forces, like the 'Son of the Plane'. This wouldn't have been much of a problem, but one day, a group of aliens from Mars unexpectedly piloted a spacecraft to your land of China, intending to warn people about this.  

However, these aliens looked so peculiar that they were met with disgust by humans, who regarded them as demonic monsters spreading nonsense. No one believed them, and in their disappointment, they eventually left."  

I was shocked. What Buweiro mentioned was a legend I had heard of before. When I read about it, it felt so real. Even now, I can look it up on my phone: the ancient tale about Martians predicting the Sima family's eventual unification of the land. Today, Buweiro confirmed it.
